Using Little Gratitude
Little Gratitude provides a personal gratitude journal and an optional moderated community, operated by Elite Experience SRL, registered in Romania with the Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J2026001200007, tax identification number (CUI) 53231839, with its registered office at București Sectorul 3, Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918, Nr. 2, Bl. MY9, Scara 1, Etaj 2, Ap. 9, Romania. These terms govern your use of the service provided by Elite Experience SRL. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace it. Contact: littlegratitude@ericcosulea.ro. Updated 11 October 2026. You must be at least 16 and meet any higher local minimum age to use the community.
Your journal and identity
You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your device secure. Your community identity is anonymous to other members, but activity remains linked to it internally. There is no email account recovery. Export a backup before changing devices. You can send anonymous private messages about public moments. Only the user who posted the moment receives them, with your country. Either of you can then reply anonymously, and your conversations stay in Notifications. In a group you both belong to, the moment's author appears by name. Moderators can review messages for safety.
Community rules
Do not submit harassment, hate, threats, sexual or exploitative content, encouragement of violence or self-harm, scams, spam, unlawful content or another person's private information. Do not impersonate others, evade suspensions or interfere with the service. Share only text and photos you have the right and any necessary consent to share.
Review, reports and enforcement
Public text posts that pass our server-side filters can appear without manual approval. Private messages that pass those filters are delivered only to the user who posted it. Flagged text is held for moderator review before publication. Photos are published without prior visual review when the accompanying text passes our filters, including photo-only posts. Pending content remains private to its author and moderators. Reported content is also reviewed by moderators. Filters do not detect every violation; review decisions are made by people. We may reject or remove content and suspend community access for rule violations. You can report posts and received messages or block their sender from the content menu. We review reports and take appropriate action; review is manual and is not an emergency service. Contact support to ask about a moderation decision. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Rights to your content
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it to the community, you give us a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and review it only to operate and protect the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary recovery copies and obligations required by law. Other members may have saved copies before deletion.
Purchases
Little Gratitude Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Both plans include unlimited entries per day, up to 5 photos per entry, Weekly recap, On this day and additional color themes. Recaps and On this day require entries from the relevant dates. The subscription screen shows the localized price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Apple confirms iOS purchases and manages billing through your Apple Account. Google confirms Android purchases and manages billing through your Google Play account. If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless you cancel before it ends. On iOS, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a trial or current subscription period to avoid renewal. On Android, cancel before the next billing date shown by Google Play. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, depending on where you purchased. Restore an existing purchase through Settings > Restore purchases. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow the applicable store's process and any mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and wellbeing
Little Gratitude is a reflection tool, not medical treatment or professional advice. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Keep your own backup of important journal entries. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Leaving the service
You can stop using the app and delete your anonymous identity and all app data from Settings. The privacy policy explains deletion, recovery copies and exported backups. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in the app; contact support if you have questions.
